Rural & Inclusive Education in Pakistan — bringing the light of learning to every forgotten doorstep

In remote villages where schools are miles away, thousands of children, especially girls, children with special needs, and those from minority communities, stay out of school. We are changing that by bringing learning centers straight to their doorsteps. By promoting inclusive education in Pakistan, we ensure that geographic isolation never halts a child's growth.

WHY THIS MATTERS

For thousands of children in rural Pakistan, the nearest school is simply too far to walk

Poverty and geographic isolation mean that millions of children across Pakistan's countryside never step inside a classroom. For a young girl in a remote hamlet or a child with physical or learning challenges, a future filled with opportunity feels completely out of reach. At Ghazali Education Foundation, we believe a child's zip code should never dictate their destiny. We step into the forgotten corners of the country to build schools where they are needed most.

A REAL STORY

“I used to watch other children walk to school while I stayed behind. Now, I carry my own books and dream of becoming a teacher.”

Born with a physical disability in a remote village far from any public infrastructure, Amina spent her early years confined to her home. When GEF opened an inclusive learning center in her village, everything shifted. Equipped with mobility support and dedicated teachers, Amina now stands at the top of her class in reading and math.
